Actor, comedian extraordinaire and star of the FX tv series “The Riches” Eddie Izzard dropped in for a first time visit to Space Center Houston Wednesday. Izzard, a huge space enthusiast, is in Houston for a play performance, but instead of spending the day reciting lines, he spent the day at SCH! We want to thank Mr. Izzard for making us laugh and showing some support for the space program! Come back soon!

On the June 7 event, kids will have the opportunity to engage in physical activities that promote the message of keeping in shape. Activities will include a kickball station, tennis challenge, obstacle course, bicycle course, bowling challenge and limbo competition. All activities will be themed around Cartoon Network’s line-up of original cartoon series including Ben 10: Alien Force, Camp Lazlo, Chowder, Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends and My Gym Partner’s a Monkey.
