School Visits
Field Trip Checklist
Hints for a Successful Field Trip
1. Schedule your visit as early as possible.
2. Plan your field trip during the months of September through March, if possible. April and May are the busiest months for school groups.
3. Mail payment at least 1 week in advance to have tickets mailed directly to you.
4. Bring 1 form of payment if your school must pay when they arrive. Accepted forms of payment include: school check, money order, credit card, or cash (large bills, please).
5. Assign your students to an adult. (No more than 10 students for every adult)
6. Read the Confirmation material mailed in the Confirmation packet. Share important information such as the Code of Conduct, lunch information, departure time, and GIANT Screen Film times with other adults accompanying your students.
7. Additional tickets can be purchased on the day of your visit, but must be paid for in one payment.
8. Allow plenty of time for travel and organizing your group when you arrive.
*Despite the students age, all students must be accompanied by a chaperone at all times.*
